1.1 How much does shipping cost?

Any package under 10lbs is $12.50 and anything over 10lbs is $20 to ship. 

1.2 Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Currently, we only ship within Canada.

1.3 How soon can I expect my package to arrive?

To ship anywhere in Canada it typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive.

1.4 Is Express shipping available?

Yes, upon request. For a quote please email us.

1.5 How long does it take for my order to ship from the time I order it?

Typically it takes 1-2 business days to ship a product that we currently have in stock. Anything that is a special order depends on when we receive the item from our vendor which could take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive from we place the order.

2.1 Do you have ___________ at every location?

Unfortunately, no. Not every product we sell online is available at every Colours Art location.

Some items are specific to one store based on the demand in the area. Some items are difficult for us to keep in stock in store due to a lack of shelf space or due to constant back ordering from our suppliers. We also don't always carry every single colour in every range for the same reason. 

If you are wondering about a specific product, please call your local store and ask.

2.2 What payment methods do you take?

Just PayPal for now, but we are working on making others available in the near future!

2.3 It says out of stock, does it mean that it is unavailable?

Not really. What shows up as in stock on the website depends on if our inventory numbers are correct or not. If you have any questions about the availability of a specific product please email [email protected] or your local Colours Art.

2.4 Are your colour swatches accurate?

We try our best to have accurate colour swatches, however, the accuracy of the swatch also depends on your own screen.

2.5 I can't find a particular product, can I special order it?

Yes, depending on what you're looking for. For special order requests please email [email protected].

***Please note that we are not able to get every single product on the market for you and in some cases, it may end up being less costly if you order directly from the supplier.

2.6 If there is a product in one of the stores but it's not online, can I still order it online?

Unfortunately, no. There are various reasons certain things are not listed on our website; we may be discontinuing a product, or it may be too dangerous to send via mail.

2.7 Do you offer framing at both locations?

No, we don't. Framing services are only available at our Port Coquitlam location.
