American customers may exchange rate.
Most of the 37,500 different items we carry in our inventory
lists are in stock, however, should the item you request not be in stock, we can advise
you of delivery. Please specify the complete description of the items you require when
ordering, including colour, catalogue number, size, surface (if applicable) and quantity.
Due to manufacturing changes, we reserve the right to make changes in products listed.
Please contact us for information on items you require which are not listed.
TERMS OF SALE
Our terms are cash, Visa, Mastercard, accepted cheque,
debit card or 30 days net on established accounts. A minimum billing of $10.00 will apply
to orders on account. Accounts can be established by furnishing our credit department with
bank references and 3 trade references. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per
month (24% per annum) on overdue accounts.
DELIVERY POLICY
Free daily delivery within 5 km on orders over $50.00. Free weekly
delivery on orders over $75.00 within 25 km. North, Central and West Edmonton customers
can expect deliveries in the morning. South and Southeast customers can expect deliveries
in the afternoon. Orders less than $50.00 are subject to a nominal delivery charge.
All out of town shipments are F.O.B our store by the carrier
of your choice unless arrangements are made otherwise. Where no shipping instructions are
given we will ship in the most expedient manner. We can not be responsible for shipments
made by the post office unless they are sent registered mail. Postal charges and fees will
be added to your invoice.
No merchandise may be returned without prior written
approval. A restocking charge will be applied for all material supplied as ordered, and
any returned material must be in new and resaleable condition. All merchandise is checked
and well packed before shipment, however, if in transit damage should occur make claim to
your carrier as soon as possible. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of
order.
BACK ORDERS
Merchandise not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on
backorder and shipped as soon as available, unless we are notified otherwise by you.
EQUIPMENT SERVICE
Colours Art & Drafting Supply service is available to maintain
all equipment we sell in Edmonton and vicinity. Our "career technicians" are
also available to service most other brands of drafting, blueprinting, engineering and
graphics equipment on the market. This manual does not list the hundreds of machine parts
that we keep in stock. Please call our Service Department for assistance in attaining
parts or for information on our Service Programs.
